Refund Policy

At ReRooted, we are committed to your well-being and satisfaction. Below is our refund policy for our services and product purchases. Please review it before booking or buying.

1. Service Refunds

Due to the time, energy, and preparation involved in our therapeutic services, we do not offer refunds for completed sessions or missed appointments.

However, we understand life happens. Our policy is as follows:

Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: No charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment: Subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations: Full session fee will be charged.
Late arrivals: Sessions may be shortened but full payment is still required.

If you are unhappy with your experience, please contact us directly so we can discuss how to make it right within reason.

2. Classes, Events & Virtual Sessions

Workshops, webinars, and classes are non-refundable once registered unless canceled by ReRooted.
If you are unable to attend a paid event, you may transfer your spot to another person with written notice.

3. Product Refunds (Teas, Herbs, Skincare, etc.)

We hope you love everything you receive, but in the rare case of an issue, here’s our policy:

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in original condition.
Due to hygiene and safety, opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Your order number
Reason for return
Photo(s) of the item, if applicable

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Digital Products

There are no refunds on downloadable or digital materials (PDFs, guides, programs, e-courses) once delivered, as access is granted immediately upon purchase.
